Child Safety Standards & Anti-CSAE Policy
Last updated: September 2026
1. Our Commitment
Golden Hearts is a dating community exclusively for mature singles aged 45 and above. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. The safety of children is a top priority, and we are committed to meeting our responsibilities under the Google Play Child Safety Standards, the US FOSTA/SESTA and child protection laws, and applicable international frameworks including the UK Online Safety Act and the EU Digital Services Act.
2. Adults-Only Platform
Golden Hearts is strictly an adults-only service:
- Registration is restricted to adults aged 45 and above; the platform is not directed at or marketed to children or minors in any way.
- Every member must pass age-appropriate identity verification — face verification, phone number verification, and location verification — before their profile becomes visible.
- Accounts found to belong to a minor are terminated immediately and permanently.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and results in immediate, permanent termination and reporting to authorities:
- Any sexual content or conduct involving a minor, including depicted, described, or simulated child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming, luring, or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual or exploitative purposes
- Sextortion, trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coercion of any kind
- Any depiction of abuse or sexual violence against children
- Using the platform to facilitate prostitution or any commercial sexual services
There is no place for this content on Golden Hearts. We do not permit it, we do not host it, and we will never knowingly allow it.
4. Detection and Moderation
- Automated safety systems scan messages and profile content for prohibited material, external contact sharing, and solicitation.
- Suspicious accounts are auto-locked pending human review by our administrative team.
- Members can report any concern directly from any profile or conversation; reports are reviewed promptly.
5. Reporting to Authorities
If we become aware of any suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation:
- We terminate the involved account immediately and preserve evidence.
- We report to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline where required by law, and comply fully with all applicable legal processes.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
6. How to Report
If you encounter any content or conduct that may involve child safety concerns, please report it immediately using the in-app report button on the member's profile or message, or by contacting our support team. We treat every such report as urgent.
