From first hello to happily ever after — the complete flow of the site
STEP 1
Introduction — The Landing Page
A visitor arrives at Golden Hearts, sees the hero, the tour, and the plans. They can explore the public tour rooms before committing to anything.
STEP 2
Sign Up
The new member taps Sign Up, enters email + password, and confirms the OTP code sent to them. A welcome email and a personal letter from Cheryl arrive automatically.
STEP 3
Create Your Profile
Basic info, location & phone, primary photo, About Me, interests, and match preferences — step by step until the profile is complete.
STEP 4
Verification — Face, Phone, Location
Three verification steps earn the Strictly Verified badge. Admins review submissions and approve (or reject) each member.
STEP 5
Discover & Get Matched
The member browses Discover, gets Daily Matches, sees members on the Map, and can take the Personality Test to receive their closest personality matches by email.
STEP 6
Send a Vibe Request
A member finds someone special and sends a Vibe Request — the opening message of a new conversation.
STEP 7
Active Conversation
The recipient responds and the chat activates. Free members get 25 messages per person per month; every message is safety-scanned, with read receipts, typing indicators, and photo sharing.
STEP 8
Go to the Next Level
When the connection feels right, either member requests the Next Level. Only when BOTH accept does the couple unlock the private spaces.
STEP 9
Subscribe to Premium
The member picks a plan (3, 6, or 12 months, from $16/mo) and pays securely. Premium unlocks unlimited messaging and all the private rooms.
STEP 10
The Premium Rooms
Premium Chat for the couple, the Game Room with its Game Library, the Golden Hearts Theater (Video Room), the Recording Studio for private voice messages, Meet & Greet, and the Friend Zone park.
STEP 11
Meet in Person
One member schedules a meet at a curated venue — the other accepts or declines. Community events can be RSVP'd with automatic calendar reminders.
STEP 12
Success Story
The couple submits their Success Story. An admin reviews and publishes it to the Success Stories page to inspire the community.
